📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with the distribution team to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Support the distribution manager in resolving any issues that may arise during the distribution process.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with distribution management software is a plus.,Must be able to travel and work in different locations as required.
