📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 IT support to employees and clients, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.Experience with IT support tools and software.Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
