Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Track and monitor vehicle performance, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and maintenance history.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and passengers.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents, and prepare reports as needed.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Investigate and resolve vehicle-related issues, such as accidents or breakdowns, in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fleet management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.🛠️ Keahlian
