📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Plan and organize fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
