ECHO Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Palu. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, and implement corrective actions when necessary.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues.,Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
