As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to enhance their performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance.,Collaborate with management to improve training and development initiatives.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and customers.,Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid CPR certification.
