📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions to address these needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's operations.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
