📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
