📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.
  • Manage a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
