📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform soldering operations on wire harnesses using appropriate soldering equipment and techniques.,Inspect and test wire harnesses to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.,Maintain and clean soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to maintain efficient operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to quality, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in soldering operations, preferably in the electronics or automotive industry.,Familiarity with soldering techniques and equipment, including soldering irons, soldering guns, and soldering paste.,Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures for wire harnesses.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the Batam location.
