Berkah Zahra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and friendly Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. We are a cozy and welcoming café located in the heart of Sanur, Bali, offering a variety of delicious coffee and food options. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and work area.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Provide information about the menu and specials.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
