📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support the HRBP in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Assist in talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the HRBP in HR analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and HR requirements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
