📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with external partners and vendors for HR-related services.,Support the HR team in managing HR data and reporting.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
