📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing patient care and treatment plans.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Maintain a clean and organized patient area, following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
