📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records using SAP and other financial software.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on financial and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in finance and operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the distribution or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and other financial software.
- Certification in tax compliance or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
