In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to operate the vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Oversee the logistics of vehicle scheduling and routing, ensuring timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
