📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on food products to ensure they meet established standards.,Monitor and record food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen and dining areas.,Investigate and report any quality issues or complaints from customers.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.,Train and supervise staff on food safety and quality control procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food quality and safety.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or food safety role.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
