📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and food safety regulations.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and develop junior staff to improve overall performance.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Education in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
