📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure targets are met.,Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with production planning and control systems.,Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, TPM, etc.) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
