📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with external recruiters if necessary.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
