📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our goals are met.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure that they are used effectively.,Provide regular reports to senior management on the department's performance.,Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure that the department has the right talent to achieve its goals.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
