📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive store performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
