📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize liquidity.
• Provide financial training and development opportunities for the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP).
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
