In this role, you'll be using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and Power BI to manage financial data. Daily, you'll assist in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support during audits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support the accountant in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial data support.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
