Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's educational goals.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and implement necessary controls and safeguards.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in system administration and network management.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure for educational institutions.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
