📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair arcade machines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on gaming equipment.
• Stock and manage spare parts and consumables to support arcade operations.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new arcade machines as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement upgrades and improvements to our arcade systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in arcade gaming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in arcade or gaming equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in using arcade-specific software and tools, such as MAME, RomRaider, and other relevant diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of various arcade hardware components and their functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for handling electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
