As an Assistant Manager QC at Erlimpex, you will be responsible for managing quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and validation of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and validation of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
• Analyze and report on quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all quality control documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in quality control, such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality control software, such as SAP QM or LabArchives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as GMP and GLP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
