📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize the company's compensation strategy.
• Manage the payroll process using Payroll Master, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align the company's compensation strategy with its business objectives.
• Develop and maintain employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on compensation and benefits data to the HR department and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Proven experience with Payroll Master or similar payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in compensation and benefits management is a plus.
